WATER DISCONNECTION AND RECONNECTION .
>>Customers who fails to pay for their monthly bills on or before the due date (14 days after bill has been processed) will be disconnected.
>>An SMS reminder (from userid MAVOKOWATER) is send to all customers in arrears three (3) days before the due date.
>>Accounts for disconnected customers are automatically debited with ksh 1,000.
>>Once a disconnection is done the consumption charges from the last date of reading to the reading on the date of disconnection is calculated and debited to the customer account.
For a customer to be reconnected they must pay the areas plus the reconnection fee.
After Payment a MAVWASCO water technician visits the customer site to reconnect.
NB: PLEASE NOTE THAT ILLEGAL RECONNECTION ATTRACTS A HEAVY PENALTY
